Where can I get really cheap scrapbooks?
I took a trip with friends near me because I'm moving out of state. We made a trip to Yosemite. I'm from North Central California. is there anywhere where I can go to get ideas for scrapbooking supplies and cheap?
In general, scrapbooking supplies will not be cheap. Most are expensive, even at Walmart. I advise you to be creative and make their own supplies.
