Is it strange that a monument and a scrapbook in the service?
My best friend was killed at age 34 … It was unexpected and the family have difficulty dealing with the loss … I thought a scrapbook made by all his friends to present to the family would be a good idea …. Monument will be very informal, almost like a "meeting" instead … What do you think?
I think it is an awsome idea someone its hard to loose I'm very srry about your loss I too lost my best friend in the 04 at the age of 35 had a heart attack and died on the spot .. when she died, I had a lot to say, so I wrote everything in a letter to her and gave it to his mother and put the letter in his casket during viewing at the funeral and then they read aloud the letter. We have made copies of that letter and I have one just like his mom and dad and one went with her. her mother started a book, and anytime someone can write a memory or a story about it and put it in that book and every year a feast in his Honner and everyone can read that book and add to it .. srry to ramble but I think that any thing you want to do to help you deal with the loss is good … care and my thoughts are with you
