You say you're not a creative person because you can not draw or play an instrument or write poetry? I often hear many of my customers complain, "I'm creative! "
This is not true! We all have the ability to be creative – is a gift from God – but you may not notice or enjoy their particular form of the creativity. It is important that you realize that the ways creativity is fun and satisfying for you, for expressing their creativity is a powerful way to feel full and happy inside.
Creativity comes naturally to my grandson three years, as it does for all young children are given the opportunity to express it. When I was spending time with him recently, he was playing with a microscope slide the little children with various insects and other creatures that can slide in He slipped shrimp in a small and then start running around the room saying, "Grandma, shrimp is on the heater! Get It Out!" Once convinced to small shrimp, now magically appeared under the table or in the light, or back on the heater! He loved running pretending this little shrimp all parties and participation in their magical play me, laughing, thinking up new room for the shrimp to hide! I saw the sheer joy he experiences in the expression of their creativity.
How can you express your creativity on a daily basis?
Maybe you really love scrapbooking or making photo album, creating ways to enjoy the memories. Do you like the establishment of a beautiful painting, or creating a beautiful flower arrangement of flowers growing? Do you like creating a beautiful garden? What about creating a bulletin board in your home or office for others to enjoy? Maybe just enjoy making music and allowing your body to dance around the room. Would you like to be in his workshop, making things of wood for the same and others? A man I know decided to express their creativity by carving a totem, though it was something I had never done and had no idea how do it!
Perhaps choosing fabrics and making clothes or blankets is fun for you, or to knit or crochet for you, your family and friends. Do you have fun doing the letters with stamps? Maybe you like making collages with pictures from magazines.
You can be that a person who expresses his creativity through his kindness or through your humor. Perhaps volunteering is a form of creativity for you. Perhaps you've learned to express their creativity to say something nice to every person with whom you are in touch throughout the day.
The point is that we all have many ways in which we can express our creativity, and express that it is vital to our wellbeing. It is a wonderful way to play. If you spend all your time just to do things and not let your creativity everyday, you do not feel alive and the contents inside. The old saying, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" applies to all of us. We are in boring when there is no time for play, creativity, kindness to ourselves and others.
Creative expression comes naturally when you open your heart to yourself and others, allowing that the gift of creativity to flow through you to the spiritual source is always available for you. New ideas are always waiting to be expressed through you – Simply open them and allow time for them. When you do, you will feel the joy and satisfaction that comes from creativity every day!
