Scrapbooking is more than pasting pictures on paper. Along with photos and mementos, decorations really make your scrapbook brightness. Decorations are not added to the function, but to be pleasing to the eye. You will find that the island of scrapbook paper at the local store or craft store will have a dedicated section only for the decorations. You will come across an option sizable and diverse decorations when you go shopping for them.

You will be surprised at all the new additions to luxury for your scrapbooking inventory reserve.

You will need a photo editing program to create designs of digital scrapbook.

What software should I use?

A quick Internet search for scrapbooking and the software will provide a long list of programs software. Our designers use Adobe ® Photoshop and recommend Adobe Photoshop Elements ® as an excellent choice. The software you choose will be based on several considerations:

Operating system requirements – Ensure that your system run the software you select! Some software may require up to 700 MB of hard disk space and requires an up-to-date operating system like Windows XP, Windows Vista or Mac OS X.
Computer skills – some of programs have a steep learning curve than others. If you have limited computer experience, you may want a program that "Hold Your Hand" to through basic editing tasks. The best programs have two levels to accommodate both beginners and advanced users.
Scrapbooking style – if you see the design of their own ornaments, then you may wish to consider purchasing a software program with high flexibility. But do not worry, there are plenty of gifts our digital store for those of you who just want to get to it!
Templates – You may just want to continue with their design put together. Most software programs that come with some templates. Most Popular also have more templates available through third-party providers such as our online store.
Tutorials – Once again, the most popular software programs available to you more tutorials. Designs Heart2Heart supports Photoshop Elements instruction written and video tutorials.
Flexibility – These are the tools. Most features of the program is more be flexible. But do not ignore the learning curve!
Supports files format – Ensure that the program supports a wide range of graphics file formats. At least it should allow the import and export of JPEG and PNG.
Web Integration – Many of the new programs that let you save your work in a Web compatible format. This facilitates online or send email to friends and family.
Price – this is not always the first consideration! Do some research so you only have to buy the software once. Until, of course, the next update is available.
